Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
As a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This policy applies to all products sold by SwedishSweets, regardless of whether they are food items.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item in your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us before the 14-day period expires using the contact details below. You can request a return or cancellation directly through your account on our store, or by emailing us. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your request is confirmed, please send the item(s) back to us without undue delay, and within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Refund Timeline and Method
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, without undue delay and within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund itself.
Condition of Returned Items
You are welcome to return items even if the packaging has been opened. However, we kindly ask that products be unopened and in their original packaging where possible, as this helps us process your return quickly and maintain hygiene standards for food products.
Please note this is a preference, not a legal requirement, and will not affect your right to a full refund.
